Using The 'Ripple Effect' To Change & Transform Your Entire Life . . . .

Ten years ago I decided on a Water Drop logo to represent what I do because I started to realise that my Breakthrough Sessions and Coaching were like a catalyst for personal transformation and far reaching change.

My sessions, or even brief conversations with people are like dropping a pebble in the water, and then the ripple effect throughout their lives carries on from there.  I started to meet people 2, 3, 5, 7+ years after our original 8-hour Breakthrough Sessions and the changes and transformations they would report were stunning and sometimes unbelievable.  

For instance, we would be working on clearing procrastination and people would find that they were suddenly more confident at work, or we'd so some work around having more clarity around their life purpose, and old relationships would be inexplicably be healed or people found that they were suddenly presented with opportunties to get out into the world and speak and write about what they do.

This is what a client has just said after only her 2nd hour of coaching: "One of the things I've noticed is that it's having knock on effects on my entire life."

I am so delighted that 10 years on the original vision is still working it's magic.

Polar Sports Watch

I sent my polar sports watch in for repair a couple of weeks ago.  I thought it strange that after almost a month I'd not had response or confirmation of repair price and expected return date.  I feared the worst, despite the fact I'd sent it via recorded delivery could it have gotten lost enroute?

I finally received a letter from them this week.  Because I've had the watch for such a long time my model is now out of production and they no longer carry the spare parts so it's goodbye to my trusty stopwatch, heart rate monitor and timekeeper.

Out with the old and in with the new I guess.  The new Polar watches look good and I've got my eye on the AW200 which measures your movements as you go about your day and tells you the benefical value of your activity, streets ahead of what my old watch was capable of.

The choice has been forced upon me, but it leaves me wondering, what else in my life has passed it's sell by date and needs to be released from my life?
