This Month's Reader Coaching Feature
Each month I write a column for Spirit & Destiny where I work with one of their readers take them through a private Telephone Coaching Session to help them resolve whatever is going on from an emotional health and well-being point of view.
The month I coached Hayley who at 19 1/2 stone had an ongoing battle with eating and the underlying issues which caused the cycle to continue.
Alongside advice from the Food Guru Amanda Ursell and Naturopath Stephen Langley the reader gets a bespoke holistic makeover.
Hayley said of our session: "Talking to Marilyn was amazing - when we discussed the causes of my overeating it was like a light bulb had gone on in my head! Lots of old beliefs were cleared out, and I felt confident and happy. I keep revisiting our conversation in my mind. I feel so much happier and more confident now."
We discussed how she could meet her emotional needs in healthier ways and I shared strategies about how to overcome and resolve some of the negative and limiting beliefs that had been a pattern throughout her life.
